Features 1High corrosion resistance to iron
Zinc plating (Zn) is used to prevent corrosion of iron materials. It protects iron from corrosion (rust) by utilizing the potential difference between iron and zinc and the property that zinc corrodes before iron corrodes.

Corrosion resistance of Zinc plating (Zn) can be further improved by applying chromate treatment after plating, which also makes possible an aesthetic appearance.
In addition to the conventional hexavalent colored chromate and hexavalent black chromate, we can support environment-friendly trivalent unichromate, trivalent colored chromate (trivalent chromate), and trivalent black chromate.
An acidic bath, a zincate bath, and a cyanide bath are available
Three types of baths are generally used for zinc plating: cyanide bath, zincate bath, and acid bath.
The cyanide bath promotes good adhesion to metal, with whiskers less likely to occur. The zincate bath offers good film thickness uniformity, compatibility with chromate, and good corrosion resistance. Acid bath enables casting plating.
